Swarm An Earth-Observing-class satellite mission approved in 2004 by the European Space Agency for full development and launch in 2012 ePOP Enhanced Polar Outflow Probe (e-POP), a scientific payload for CASSIOPE, the first, made-in-Canada multi-purpose small satellite mission. The launch of CASSIOPE is planned for 2011.
